[C1_6] CELEBRATION

A few months after the Evaluations, an odd duo sits together in an office. Both dressed in white, they went through documents with a bottle of expensive champagne beside them. One, much more tired looking but serious, the other, smiling constantly at their conversation.

"Your officers did well." Six spoke aloud as he looked through the documents. "Despite the intensity, many of them came out on top... " he trails off, giving his fellow council member a glance before going back to the files. "That is impressive. More so for a fresh Council Member."

"Thank you." Owner chimes, expression self-assured as if expecting the praise, "You may say that the intensity was something I couldn't help with. Majority of them were naturally talented, I let them figure things out and only step in when I needed to."

" ... I heard they were troublesome at times."

A beat passes, before she responds,

"I wouldn't call it trouble. It's only natural that they would want to blame someone for their discomfort. After all... Some pups like to bark back." She smiles, "Thinking they have the right to growl at me like that... it's surprising at times."

Eyes narrowing, Six gives Owner another glance.

"Most Council members would have dismissed them by then. Why did you allow it?"

"Hm... It's more of... training takes time." Owner says, a growing smile on her face.

" Sometimes, it's okay if they bark back. It allows space for understanding. Let them yap until they realize it's not their place to. It's ... interesting." She chuckles.

"Though..." she lets her words trail meaningfully, "if they're smart, they should know that they shouldn't do it again."

"Regardless, I love them dearly. They will become a strong united unit of agencies."

"... I see."

"That said, how are the new pups? I hear you have been busy with a new capable litter." Owner prods with mild interest.

A twitch of the eye at the seemingly endless canine analogies from Owner, but Six lets it go in favor of having a chance of talking about said litter.

"I am. They have quite the interesting abilities and mix of personalities. I believe you'll like a few." He answers, swiping through his screens in search of documents, a strange shine in his eyes.

"Perhaps we can talk about them more at my dinner party ♪ " Owner smiles.

Dinner party?

"Ah ... right. Yes." Six takes a glance at his invitation card, "Shall I bring anything for the occasion?"

"No need. You already gave me a gift. Or, will be giving me." Owner reaches out and pulls a stack of papers into her hands. She gazes through them, smiling pleasantly.

"I'm sure I've taken up a lot of time. Please go ahead and continue with your work. I'm sure Mey and Ki will not like it if they see me interacting with you so much." She chuckles.

" ...I suppose. We may discuss more the next time we meet, then." Six responds,

"Till next time."

"Now."

She starts to formulate a letter.

"Dear Leaders,

Inform your officers that they are formally invited to my Birthday Dinner Party at my estate. Please wear your finest clothes and do not worry about gifts, this is a reward for all agency's hard work during the Evaluations.

This event is compulsory. Do take care."

E-nvites sent accordingly, she leans back and pulls up the propaganda papers gathered from the ROON Carnival and proceeds to smile.

"We're coming."
